I took advantage with the Greatest Purchase Black Friday deal on this receiver last week and picked it up for $199 because my Yamaha HTR-5540 was finding a little dated, by using the not enough HDMI ports and only 1 Optical, one Coaxial digital audio interconnection. I desired to adopt advantage on the three devices I own that most take advantage of HDMI as well as the fact my Tv has only one. Therefore, I went along with the VSX-820-K.
